_Phoenix_ is a support/advice and activism forum of the non-hetero, non-cis-gendered, non-gender-conforming community. In other words, if you're gay, bi, trans, a feminist, a tomboy, a guy who likes pink, a cross-dresser, a drag performer, get made fun of for not "acting like a boy/girl" or are none of these things but think it's wrong to target anyone for their sexual orientation/gender identity/gender expression/sex, then this cult is for you.
We have a Support & Self-Help Subforum for giving and receiving advice, not just on "gay issues," but on anything. We have an Activism Subforum for sharing petitions, event info, non-profit organizations and equality movements. We have a subforum for current news and for debate. And we of course have a subforum for games and random fun.
We have contests, monthly Featured Members, Persons of Interest and Literature, and a points system.
We are currently looking for active and dedicated Staff and Designers.

Soutien is an advice cult that came about after the death of another, once-upon-a-time very active advice cult that kind of fell apart due to ownership issues. Soutien was recently transferred to me, and I'm hellbent on not letting it die like the previous cult. We have a lot of our core active members from the old cult, and are incorporating some old ideas with new ones to make it fun and not just about depressing advice threads. And more than that, we really care about helping our members. We aren't going to just tell you what you want to hear to make you happy in the moment. We're going to share our experiences, give you advice on how to make things better in the long run and remember you the next time you post and be there to support you when things are rough, and celebrate with you when things are going great.
We're in the process of undergoing a make-over, not just a new layout and new graphics, but new everything. We're hoping to have most everything finished by the end of the month, but we could really use active Staff and Designers, as well as active members, of course.

SO! Tattoo fest was amazing.
My tat is huge! I was only able to get one because the artist ripped me off and I couldn't afford my other one. I paid $300 for 2.5 hours of line work. If I had got the full tat done it would have been like $600. I had $230 with me ( I woulda had 250 if the ATM didn't have a service charge and would let me take out $100..) and my younger sister ending up paying the rest. And the guy was a bit of a dick.
BUT ON THE GOOD SIDE IT LOOKS AMAZING

Over all I had a blast
Spent the day with my besties, got high, went to wal mart, chilled, got hyped up about the convention. Now it's time to snooze. Probably won't be on 100% until Monday night. Recently I've started to notice that not many people are "clean" smokers. I smoke and it's started to irritate me the way people go about it.
1. I don't blow smoke at anyone - it's rude. Blow it away from people even if they are smokers themselves.
2. When driving in a car don't blow smoke all over other people or into the vehicle, it suffocates even me WHILE I myself am smoking - blow it out the window and keep your J or cigarette on the side which is closest to the window.
3. Ash out of the window and refrain from using the ashtray in a car - it freeking smells like shit.
4. Don't kill your cigarette butts in a building. That's just bloody rude! Chances are that you won't clean it up and some other asshole will have to pick up your mess. Not cool!
5. If you can't find an ashtray DO NOT use a mug, cup, plate, saucer, glass or any other food related item to ash or kill your butt in. That's so disgusting.
6. Don't ash on the floor in a building and step on it as if it's nothing. It is dirty.
7. Clean your ashtray regular. It has a habit of building up nicotine, it looks filthy and smells terrible.
8. Do not put a burning cigarette on the edge of furniture - you may forget it and ruin the furniture.
9. Don't wave your fag around as if it's cool - it looks stupid and ugly.
10. You can have this disgusting habit and be at least a little bit clean about it.
