I'm actually really excited about this web series, unlike other Vampire stories, its based around the NYC gothic/industrial scene, and will feature awesome fight scenes, real city issues such as drug / alcohol abuse, sluts / infidelity issues, vampire club politics, and what it's like to be in the underground NYC scene. No sparkling here!

Premium member feature:
New notification for when you get a new 'profile view'. Now you can instantly see when someone is checking you out!
As usual you can turn off this notification on the 'edit settings' page.
Also it now records profile views for free members so that if you get premium membership it will show all your profile views for the past 7 days, even from before you got premium.
Quick suggestion, when I make a new cult thread, it tells me there's Cult Updates, which I already know cuz obviously, I made that update. Can that notification be removed? It's annoying to have to clear that every time I make a new topic.
Jet i'm pretty sure there is some kind of bug and i wuna say it the firewal but i'm not sure. when ever i'm on VF mobile on my iphone i get these. Along with malware warnings on my laptop and my gf's laptop. its been going on the mobile site for a little while but i'm not sure what the problem is. this used to never happen till a little while ago

Similar to the new Journal feature, you can now subscribe and unsubscribe on cult threads. Now you can stalk any threads you want, or choose to stop receiving notifications on threads.
Note for cult owners who want to modify or remove the new buttons, the class is 'subscription_buttons' , or 'sub_buttons' for each individual button.
And yes lets have someone chime in and say that VF is trying to be like facebook. *vomits* Fact is we're just adding new features that indeed have been done on other sites before (even before facebook), but we obviously have our own identity. VF has been around longer than facebook and we've got plenty of features that facebook doesn't have.
Anyway, I hope you appreciate the new features, and I'm always open to comments and suggestions, and will continue to work on improving the site.
It's always nice to see jet make an improvement to this site, even if I don't use it. It's just knowing that jet keeps this place up that feels good to be here.
Can you also fix a bug that has been going on?When I update my profile to go into invisible mode, then it changes on its own without me changing it showing when I am online. [x2]
New feature: "Subscribe" and "Unsubscribe" from journals!
Allows you to subscribe / unsubscribe to specific journal entries.
You automatically get a response notification if you were one of the last 30 comments on a journal but you can now turn it off by 'unsubscribing'.
For instance you posted a comment on one of the main page posts and you dont want all the notifications!
You can also subscribe to a journal if you want notifications of any new comments!
I'll probably set it up for cults also, let me know what you guys think!
