My Spiritual Beliefs
It's my belief that there are four equally powerful aspects in which ambient existence warps to reflect. Imagine that you were to possess an aura that passively altered reality around you, shaping it to reflect who you are as a person...your personality traits, your morals, your ethics, everything. Sentient sources of energy in which taint ambient existence around them through sheer force of their presence...let alone when they actually choose to do so directly. While unfathomably intelligent, I don't believe that they understand why they exist either, nor the purpose of existence in general...having suffered deep seeded insanity throughout the course of their existence due to contemplating the very same questions that we, ourselves, ask. However, having existed for such a inconceivable duration...they eventually learned to compensate for that madness, allowing their intelligence and wisdom to shine through.

Simplistic reference terms that best describe the particular aspect in question, and while genderless in truth...each veer towards a gender identity through their personality traits and methodology. I'm one whom stems from the latter of these four, who's essence is composed purely of that particular aspect.
Darkness, in my eyes, isn't evil for such is but a matter of perception. Instead, I associate her as a sadistically playful personality, one who is intelligently insane and seeks to corrupt through seduction and open manipulation...to enthrall and captivate those whom fall victim to her paradigm. On the flip side of things, she's also one whom possesses a great deal of empathy for those whom have been shattered...such a child who had been sexually abused.
Perpetual sorrow and the mindset in which deep seeded psychological trauma creates is viewed as both saddening and beautiful in the eyes of darkness. These individuals are those whom were forced upon the path through the acts committed against them...something I believe this aspect to be strongly against. So, these individuals are sought out by darkness, taught to feed upon their pain and sorrow so that they can empower themselves, so that they can attune themselves towards darkness and ascend towards becoming a venomous viper capable of enacting vengeance and ensuring such never transpires again.
Darkness is, simply put, as beautiful as she is nightmarish...
