The shores by the lakes come and go
As the tide comes in it ebbs and flows
In its fluid form, is there nothing more pure?
The sun sets beyond the reflecting horizon; yes, I know for sure
My chest beats so hard, I feel it pounding against my bones
You stand not near me, yet I know I am not alone
My heart fills with light, expanding it still
Tis would be painful, though it still continues to fill
With radiant love, encasing me whole
It seeps through to my outside, letting it show
Hark! The stars look down upon us
From here to there; I will let my heart trust
Wounded before, cradle me in your gentle arms
With you, nothing comes to harm
Pondering in my mind, the glow emits now
Bright as the stars themselves, strangers can even see how
This you make me feel, and even to the Gods realm and beyond
It is seen even in the stars that I am now one of them
