I just got another dog today! Her name is Holly Golightly and shes a sweet gorgeous one year old chocolate brown pitbull. I work at a pet supply store and a customer found her wandering around the park alone with no tags, so he brought her to a vet who determined she'd recently had a litter of puppies and did not have a microchip. My boyfriend thinks she may have been a fighting dog (she is very people and dog friendly, except with other pitbulls) but I think she's too small for that, shes only 35 pounds, I think she could have been bred for fighting maybe and abandoned after her puppies were weaned. Either way, I'm just glad she's here with me now I named her Holly Golightly... I always wanted my next dog to be a male and I wanted to name it Truman after my favorite author Truman Capote, so I feel like Holly is a good substitute since a female dog came into my life instead.
