Humans Born This Way

This is one of my new-ish poems its called Humans Born This Way :

When walking the realm of the world

We find peace within our selves

The outside is beautiful

But the true meaning is resentless

Our dreams are things we wish

And reality is our personal hell

Relationships are like pulling teeth

And marriage is giving an arm and leg

But we humans were born this way

We walk circles

Allowing ourselves to be walked on

Sufferage is a life lesson

When it comes to death

We hardly honor it

The smallest things

We don't even notice

A simple rose can steal your breath

Your simplistic things

Are your worst nightmares

Your faultiest move can be a blessing

When it comes to life, its taken granted for

But when the rich rage war

It the poor who die

We humans were born this way
