sometimes i wish i was some creature other than a human, all the stupid and destructive things that are atributed to the human race seem to outway the tiny bits of good. for all the great abilities our minds are capable of we are headed in completely the wrong direction. our minds still seem to be motivated by the same set of needs though we've giained the ability to thoughtlessly destroy anything that we see as useless or that we think we could put to better use. the earth was a fully functioning organism before we decided we wanteed a new one. there is also the history of forceing religious beliefs onto other people, especialy in the case of the catholic church. for one thing not everyone can accept the same beliefs and for another these beliefs have no way of being proven. the only reason we assume that we eexist after death is because existance is the only thing we know and our minds are not capable of imagining nonexistance, the closest thin we can imagine is a black and silent abyss and even that is something. i once thought of religion as a speculative way of filling in the unknown areas untill they can be explored, it seems i was wrong in assuming that people wanted to know the truth more thtn they wanted people to think that they were right. anyone reading this may get the impression that am an athiest. i am not. i am infact the creater of my own ideals and philosophy. too many people thik that if they follow someone else the right path will reveal itself to them, and well others may have been right in some areas thier philosophies are only separate building blocks stacked together in different order and combination, differing on key issues and interpretation of the same ideas. which makes me wonder if we are capable of originality, in theory everything has been done before, every angle considered, every ideal questioned until the world was so fucked up that we ended up with what we have now. think about this: if you avoid sin you go to heaven, if you endulge in sinful behavior you go to hell, so wouldnt it make sense to say that the only reason we avoid sin is so that we can go to heaven. then if this is our only motivation then couldn't this be considered a selfish motivation, and also couldn't this be considered a sin. i heard a joke a while ago that went like this: jesus died for our sins, so if we don't sin jesus died for nothing. there is also a joke that goes: if nothing is worse than the devil and nothing is greater than god than the devil must be greater than god. and yet millions of people would defend the philosophy i just insulted and which they follow so blindley (because they are told not to question). further proof that people are not rational beings. (damn you all to hell....I could use the company)

whats with everybody putting cats on thier list of things that they hate? i personaly am a cat person. which by the way means that my favorite animal is the cat not that im some kind of human-feline hybrid, although that would be pretty cool. besides thats like racism towards animals, they can't control the fact that they are cats. so why the hate people?
