Feeling positive and calm. Keeping in my head an image of how I want to look in a few months and also keeping the word thin in my head. Trying to keep positive thinking on so my stress levels will be low etc. I want to be happy not worried or depressed all the time. Only way to do that is to switch the negative thoughts into positive thoughts and find a solution.
