I'm quite obsessed with staying physically fit; most likely because I have a phobia of becoming fat.
Of course, because of my feet injuries I haven't been able to use my old exercise routine--it required A LOT of running and feet use--since March. I'm just glad I'm slightly okay enough to start dancing again, because I missed Aztec dance. I felt dead inside without it break
BUT I feel like I'm starting to get fat again and it bloody SUCKS.
I HATE not being able to go out for a run or even a long walk at the very least. Cardio is one of the best workouts to keep fat off.
I would go swimming, but there's no pool in the neighborhood we moved into.
I would go bicycling, but someone stole my bike while we were moving our belongings from our old condo.
Fuck.
Bloody fuck.
I need a new workout routine, and a workout buddy
