After fish eyes&various kinds of intestines, WHAT makes me sick???

Ive eaten alot of weird stuff here.
Fish eyes (which I dont like but atleast I tried) Stomachs of various animals Various intestines. Sheep feet Pig brain (also dont like but again, I tried) Hearts, livers. Everything.
But what made me sick? A steak. A simple steak at a western style restaurant. The owner is an american woman who married a chinese man. Most of the clientele are Americans and Europeans BUT damn that steak
I've been in Beijing for 2 weeks and feel like i'm starting to fit in with the adults. I get along very well with my host mom. The dad doesnt speak english but he is very nice. The family is very wealthy so we also have a driver, Mr. Wang. (Funny as I type that, he walks in the door at 10:30pm haha) He also doesnt speak english but we get along very well and still often find ways to communicate. The little boy I am having trouble with. He doesnt want to talk to me often but I only see him on weekends.
and I have a crush. The famly owns 2 restaurants and I often go to one of them and just sit. Since the first time I thought a waiter there was very cute. He often smiled at me but I thought because he has to. I'm his boss' friend. but today he asked her if I had a boyfriend. She told him no and he repeated back "no?" and then tried to slyly touch my arm. So cute.
