captains log stardate 19.10.2011 I was talking to my friend Nick earlier and I was trying to describe why I like Electronic music so much more than other genres. This is what I said/rambled "It's a form of music that connects people with machines and their everyday life more than they realize and at the same time expresses what we see, think and feel but from the perspective of a newer age of music not recognized by all. It's possible that this is really one of the purest forms of art there is out there in the world when other kinds like modern painting or modern rock has been corrupted or gotten dull and grey so Electronic music ends up being of the precious few, untainted arts of the people made by the people for the people that somehow brings people together in ways we can't fully comprehend on a concius level. Maybe a 10 note piece written on a synthesizer shows more emotion that a chord structure on a guitar which is why so many newer musicians are turning to Electronic music as opposed to Rock but even then, why? why this music? what does it have to do with modern connection and the world?" make sense? garble gibble wooble? I have no idea I'm hungry who else want more 90's Eurodance? no? I agree, EBM it is.
Mood: lost happy and craving food.....NOW DANCE
