Zomg, amazing, epic, awesome....none of these words can describe how wicked Southern Amp was. It was a-fucking-mazing. I had so much fun XD Clare, Tez and myself were all dancing our fucking asses off the whole time. So, for all who are interested, my day went as follows: In the morning before Southern Amp we went to pick Clare up. Good thing I went inside cos' she nearly forgot her ticket. When we got there we met up with Clares mate Kirsten who I knew as a kid (small world, right?), Kirstens German mate Martin (who was really awesome) and Tez (everyone loves Tez). So we waited to go in for a bit and oh my god wow, it looked amazing. None of the bads had started, but wow, we were impressed. They had rides and everything!!!! So we went to Coat Check because Tez and Clare had a lot of stuff, and Tez got hit on by a 30 year old edge dude XD Then we went to see The Exiles, who are really good. I'd never heard of them, but it turns out I must because I knew a lot of their songs. Go figure right? It wasn't the cover songs I was familiar with either, it was their written songs. So I belive they must be somewhere in my 90gig worth of music on my computer. Anyway, after that we went to Cosmic Corner and got free lollypops as Tez and I got tops to get signed (funniest shirsts ever are sold there XD). We waited for The Exiles to sign us for an hour because they forgot and had gone back to the hotel, so we had to listen to Midnight Youth from the signing tent which made me a bit sad. But we got a free chocolate bar ^^ Hehe yay for Edge Guy!!! I think The Exiles were a bit weirded out by having to sign my back, but meh, it's all good. We went to see Goodnight Nurse after that, which was one of the reasons I wanted to go to Southern Amp in the first place, and they were awesome!! I love them so much and I really hate that they got such a crappy time slot, they deserved so much better. They played amazingly, and I got fully into it. My dancing was The Shizz (slap me if I ever say that again). Then we got Midnight Youth to sign us. Then we saw Die! Die! Die! and then we got signed by Goodnight Nurse (ohmygodhotguitaristhavemybabiesplease) . Haha. Then The Kamikaze, lots of random acts with epic dancing, more signage and finally The Dandy Warhols. They played boring songs which was a disappointment. I think, please don't slap me, their sound wasn't big enough for the main stage. I would have enjoyed them more in a more confined space. Just because the sound echoed a bit and sounded hollow. It wasn't their playing, that was good, and they did really well, it was the Acoutics were designed for a bigger, louder, harder sound. So yeah, that bummed me out a bit. I felt better when The Living End played. Best act of the night by far, I went fucking mental!!! Some old guy kept giving us weird looks, but the crowd went fucking wild!!! That was so much fun, like, it was more wild than Disturbed and I was on a fucking sugar high for The Living End. When they finished playing we had a water fight and regretted it (sorry guys, my bad ) And found out we missed the Potbelliez (sad face). When Seether came on, so did my sugar crash. So I lay down and enjoyed their brilliant playing from the floor. The good thing was, they were a real tone down band (and I adore them). They played beautifully, I could have had tears in my eyes if I wasn't too relaxed. They completely unwound me and I would have loved to lie there and listen to their music all around me all night. But a ride home was much more essential. So I got home and showered before bed. My hair was solid with sweat (no product :s). It took 3 shampoos to get it partially clean and separated. I gave up and had a snack then went to bed. I couldn't sleep, I was in wonder. So I listened to Seether all night until drifting off at like, 5am. XD. Now I'm sore and aching everywhere, and thinking, "Oh my god fucking epic!!". Fucking amazing concert XD Gotta get my Edge Pics and some photos off Tez, I'll put them up when I get them. XP
Mood: Owies...I hurt everywhere
Music: I'm sure some is playing, but my ears are ringing louder

Ninja don't sweat. Bullets can't kill a ninja. Ninja invented skateboarding Only a ninja can kill a ninja. Regular humans are useless. Ninja never wear headbands with the word "ninja" printed on them. Ninja can breath underwater anytime they want. Ninja can change clothes in less than 1 second. Ninja don't smoke, but they do use smoke bombs. Ninja always land on their feet. If they don't have feet they will land on their nubs. Ninja invented the internet. Ninja don't eat or drink very much, and they never have to go to the bathroom. Ninja always move to America when making a new start as a non-assassin. Ninja don't play sports. Unless killing is a sport. Ninja can crush golfballs with 2 fingers, any two fingers. Ninja have a bad temper when they lose at anything. They will usually cut off the winners head before they have time to gloat. Ninja lie all the time. Even when the truth serves better, ninja will lie anyway. Ninja swords are always straight with a square handle guard. Always. Curves are for girls. Lack any personality Wear headbands Fight skillfully with any object Can remove a spleen in one swift motion Live in your house secretly for days Can remove their shadow if needed Hurl shurikens Go anywhere they want instantly Catch bullets in their teeth Kill themselves if they make a noise Can run 100 miles on their hands Train 20 hours/day starting from age 2 Have cool words like Seppuku Are masters of disguise Can hover for hours Flip out and kill everything Are completely self-sufficient. Split planks vertically with their nose Can hide in incense smoke Kill people. Ninjas are the best guitar players. Ever. Ninjas do NOT wear spandex. A Samurai is NOT a ninja. Dragon Ball Z characters are NOT ninjas. If you see a ninja, he is NOT a ninja.

Well, last night my computer was not being too kind to me. I had looked forward to talking to Devin all day and then my computer decided to forget how to run msn. I restarted my computer a lot and everything, but it simply would not work. So I tried to install msn on Mums computer, but it was simply too old. I ended up having to clean my entire computer, de-frag it and run a zillion and one scans. Now it seems to be working fine, a little slower than normal but still working. -sigh-

Well, after a failed attempt at a driving lesson I may not be getting more. I had a really sore stomach so couldn't drive, and John now thinks that I'm not committed to learning so I should pay for lessons from an instructor. So that's a bit of a downer but I'm not going to let it get to me. John is getting bad again, he was being nice for a while but he's back to his usual tricks. Sometimes when I get bored I clean the house. Like the other day I vacuumed the lounge and he decided to come in, ask me if I vacuumed and told me off for missing a tiny corner which I couldn't get to. That annoyed me. Then yesterday I cleaned teh bathroom, washed everything. He told me off for vacuuming while he was watching tv and missing a tiny bit of mould on one side. So I'm not feeling too great about that. On a better note, my savings towards going to America are incresingly growing. I really can't wait to go. It's getting closer to school time so I'm looking forward to asking them to make me an exchange student. I'm also really nervous. I really can't wait to see Devin. Just the though of it makes me happy enough to explode. Also my up-coming photo shoot is pretty exciting. At the moment I need 2 more models. Interested? I'm searching really hard for a guy model right now to be Gluttony. If anyone in Chch is male and is willing to hold animal organs for this shoot, just ask. Gluttony won't be fat, just a cannibal.
