Before I get on to the subject of this entry, I just want to say that I have an enormous amount of respect for anyone who took the interest to read this whole post and actually ponder the logic behind it.
When comes to how I socialize with ppl on this site, I tend to view myself as an observer. I don't talk to many people but there are often times where I simply look through random ppl just to see if theres anyone worth meeting or just learning about. Sometimes I interact with them, most the time I don't, more often than not Im just passing through so to speak.
Now the issue this entry is based on is more than likely something that 90% of people who have ever been on a social networking site are familiar with. I see all sorts of different people when I observe others profiles, but something I come across all the time and am quite frankly getting irritated with are these women and girls who write on there profile of how much they dont like guys hitting on them or creepers leaving them pic comments, and yet they have a big picture right on their profile showing off their cleavage, wearing a skimpy outfit, or simply showing nearly enough flesh to make a very picky cannibal froth at the mouth. Now before you make any assumptions about the point I'm trying to make, I personally don't really care if they want to do that. It's their profile and if they feel confident to display anything like that then thats their business. The problem I get is when they start complaining when they get attention for it, I mean what did you expect was going to happen? If you aren't trying to attract SOME SORT of attention then why would you post said images of yourself. It's not my intention to sound like a broken record but I can't help but feel a very severe lack of sympathy for any women that do this, ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE A BOYFRIEND OR WORSE, A HUSBAND OR FIANCE!!! And don't give me that bullshit about "Oh its for my bf", what he doesnt have an email inbox you can send it to? If its for him, why show it to everyone else?!!
Like I asked, what other purpose could it possibly serve? "It helps me with my confidence" Ok thats fine and all but if its about your own feeling of self fulfillment then again, why show it to everyone else if not to get their feed back or reactions to it? Why not just keep it for yourself and that way you can boost your self esteem and not get any unwanted attention all at the same time, and if you only want the attention from people you know, why not put it in a private folder? If you don't like the attention then don't put on the display! When you think about it, it's a very basic rule to how various animals of opposite genders act toward each other (And don't give me all that "Humans are different" bullshit, our species is barely out of the jungle), alot of them put on some sort of display in order to attract mates. Some put on visual displays, some make noises, some simply fight others of the same gender for it. Now I am aware that as a whole, Males generally have a habit of being complete dimwits, and what I mean by that is they can have a very binary way of looking at things, and a women's typical response to that is along the lines of "Hold on, just cause I look this way does not make me promiscuous", which IS true. Any men reading this take note of that fact and commit it to memory because its fact, just because someone looks a certain way doesnt mean they are a certain way, it is 100% truth. However ladies, what you have to understand is that to the majority men, THAT IS FUCKING CONFUSING! Especially if youre displaying it for all to see. Its like if I were to go out during the day walking around in a Police uniform and then complaining when people asked me for help to stop a robbery. So just think about that the next time your about to post a picture like that.
Now if I'm comming off somewhat sounding like a broken record, I'll be honest its partly cause I am. I am extremely cynical and jaded when it comes to subjects pertaining to women or relationships, I admit that. I rarely ever leave pic comments, compliments, or in some cases even talk to women on this subject except for rare occasions, mostly cause women from my experience and observation, as a whole, do not appreciate when someone takes a genuine interest in them. Women are just as binary and quick to cast judgment as men are, if only in different ways. Like I said, men as a whole are often dimwits, and women complain about it plenty, but I seriously think theyre more comfortable with it then theyre willing to admit. Sure simple minded males may be annoying to deal with, but theyre also fairly easy to understand, and as a result, easy to influence. How do you think Valentines day got to the way it is today? And as a result, when they meet a guy who does think out of the archetypal box that most men's thinking capacity is confined to, they don't know how to react to it and quite frankly, most of them are probably terrified of it. MALES THAT THINK?!! DEAR GOD THEYRE SELF AWARE!!!
I suppose the whole point behind this entry is to challenge something that the majority of others passively accept. Thats something I do alot. I often look for a one of those lines in the sand that people just seem to ignore, INTENTIONALLY cross it, attempt to bring others over it with me, and have them be glad I did. Hope you enjoyed this involuntary injection of logic into your brain =P. Mood: Philisophical
Have a simple question to ask, and I'm going to ask it politely.

My question is pretty straight forward. Why are there some ppl who have added me to their friends list and have not even said hello or introduced themselves? = I mean just think about it or a second if youre one of these people. Im not trying to be confrontational about this, Im honestly just failing to understand what you hope to gain by adding me to your list of supposed friends, and yet having no sort of interaction with me of any sort. = This isn't me being rhetorical I'm actually looking to hear from these ppl and hear their side of it. I mean is it like it looks, is it just some kind of popularity contest to see who can get the most friends? Is that still relevant at this day and age? Is it because youre shy or not very out going and maybe aren't sure how to start a conversation? That in particular is something I can sympathize with, I'm not very talkative myself and can be understanding of ppl with similar nature, I can't sympathize if Im unaware of it though. It honestly won't affect you negatively to at least attempt to speak with me, so long as its not something along the lines of "hey, whats up" or something equally as effortless, I mean at least put SOME effort into it. Now just so it doesnt discourage anyone, I have had a horrible habit o not responding to messages promptly, anyone who does know me is aware of this. Don't take that personally, its a bad habit Ive worked on alot lately thats related to my personal life so try not to let it throw you off. If you think Ive forgotten, just send me another message. But Im seriously looking for an answer here, is there a reason as to we certain individuals have felt the need to add me and yet not even introduce themselves? =
Plz if you are already someone I know and talk to, don't respond to this. This question is aimed specifically at ppl who have added me but not spoken to me at any sort of length yet.
So I made this a long while back and it kind of got buried, so I figured why not update it. Have a few new ones to add any way =P
Anyone who knows me well on here knows I usually only post an entry in my journal when somethings wrong. Not this time. Any of you who know me pretty well know I'm pretty good at voice impersonations. This is simply my attempt to keep track of which voices I am able to do and for anyone who would like to post a suggestion of a Voice for me to attempt.
