I'm gettin shit packed for my surgery in a week or so. I'm so fuckin annoyed. I have 2,000 pills to take, have to take out ALL of my piercings, can't wear a bra, have to wear undies 3 sizes too fuckin big for me, AND!!!!!!! I have to sleep sitting up for a week after that. These fuckers better put me on some good shit, cause I am gonna be a BITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"The fate of a Cosby man involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of a Fulton High School student is now in the hands of a Knox County judge.
Patrick Phillip Schlueb, 28, pleaded guilty Thursday to charges including vehicular homicide, two counts of reckless aggravated assault and leaving the scene of a fatal accident - without benefit of a plea agreement.
Known as a blind plea, it puts Schlueb's sentencing fate squarely in the hands of Criminal Court Judge Mary Beth Leibowitz.
However, her options in bringing justice for the grieving friends and relatives of 17-year-old Elizabeth Bush are limited.
Schlueb has only one felony on his record - a 2005 statutory rape conviction for a consensual sexual relationship he had with a Sevierville teenager. He wasn't drunk when his van struck Bush and two Fulton High classmates, Lance Ferguson and Ashley Jernigan, as the trio walked along Elm Street on Feb. 14, 2007.
That means, although Schlueb racked up four felony convictions with his plea Thursday, his sentences won't be stacked. He faces a minimum three-year sentence and a maximum six-year term.
The law only requires he serve a third of his sentence before he's eligible for parole.
"It's up to me what the sentence will be," Leibowitz told Schlueb. "It's entirely my decision."
She set a June 25 sentencing hearing at which Bush's family, who brought to court Thursday an array of photographs of the slain Fulton junior, will get a chance to speak to Leibowitz and Schlueb, represented by defense attorney Mike Whalen.
Assistant District Attorney General Kevin Allen said Thursday that Ferguson's bicycle had a flat tire, and he, Bush and Jernigan were headed to a gas station to air it up.
Schlueb had just finished a mandatory sex offender treatment class at the nearby state Board of Probation and Parole office.
Schlueb would later write from his jail cell that he "wasn't paying attention and was moving something on the floor" of his van when he struck the teenagers. Rather than stop to render aid or alert authorities, Schlueb sped away and later tried to hide his crime by buying a new headlight to replace one broken in the accident, Allen said.
Bush died at the scene of the crash. Ferguson and Jernigan, both 17, suffered serious injuries but survived."

two: Those other two kids were fuckin fine. They did not suffer any goddamn serious injuries I saw them at her funeral and they were fuckin fine. No scratches or anything. I sound like a total bitch about them because they were complete bitches to me in school and even At Izzy's funeral. In my oppinion, they set the whole damn thing up. FUCKERS!!!!
