Cults and Hypocrisy
November 28, 2008, 05:27:am

You know, I am fine with being a "hypcrit".
The question is : are you?
As all the above comments say, everyone who apply to a beauty cult with some braincells and reading skills knows exactly they are going to be jugded.

If you are so strongly against this, why do you jugde the members of those certain beauty cults?
Deal with your own self first before you gain a "opinion" on others.

MY RESPONSE:

Did you even read the entry...or was it entirely lost on you? Or maybe the meaning of being a hypocrite lost on you? Cause I Don't think you'd be fine with being one if you understood it's implications. Here's why:
Hypocrite
1 : a person who puts on a false appearance of virtue or religion
2 : a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings

So you're happy with being a fraud and a liar? Personally I wouldn't like myself to much if that were the case, and judging from the attitude you put forth you don't like yourself either.
Perhaps I struck a nerve, held a mirror up to something about you that you'd rather not see? The highly defensive tone of your message as well as your attempt to attack me proves that what I said hit far to close to home for you own comfort.

Anyway since when was the physical the only judge of a person's worth. Most 'pretty people' aren't pretty before the make up and editing. Is physical appearance the only thing you judge people on? Take me for example, since I know me personally, I am not the sum total of my parts! I resent even being thought of in such a manner. I am my words, my actions and my personality. Not my physical appearance...that's not even real. It's wardrobe and make up...what makes it real is who I am. What makes any one matter is who they are. The integrity of their word and the change they effect in the world around them. Not how big their tits are.

Further more hasn't it always been said "Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder"? So by the standard who is any one to judge anther's worth based on their appearance? Is that all people are worth to you?

How does my stance on Beauty Cults make me a hypocrite again? I'm rather confused. Personally I see the majority of beauty cults (there are a few exceptions to this rule) as nothing more than a group of sorry insecure girls so hell bent on having the approval of other self absorbed bobble-heads that they completely miss the very idea of what Beauty is. Much like you obviously have.

What is it exactly I have to deal with about my own self? Please tell me. I'm not saying I disapprove of above cults and at the same time am an active member. I don't judge people based on their appearance. Hell the only point at which I consider the physical is if I am considering a physical relationship with a person, and that's an entirely different thing all in it's self.

The fact is you missed my entire point. You come from a promise ring, superficial generation that is unbelievably sheltered and naive. You come from a generation where it is believably common for young girls to have eating disorders because of the disgustingly rigid idea of what is attractive being forced upon you everyday, not to mention schools don't help you to learn how to think for yourselves...they simply teach you to obey. Why else do you think you have the same blonde and dyke skunk hairstyle that 75% of girls from your generation have in one manner or another? Not to mention the same piercing and same general clothing style? It's because you never understood that imitation is not beauty, it simply proves you're a good copy machine.

Aren't there enough people with your look and attitude out there for you to just be yourself? Or is the idea that other people won't accept you if you're not like them to frightening?

You KNow You Really Love Some One When November 22, 2008, 11:16:pm
You realize they have horrid taste in movies and you consign yourself to putting up with that because it's better than being with out them...and I mean HORRID.
Psychosis...WHAT?!?! November 20, 2008, 12:01:pm
So I'm wandering around the internet as I sometimes do...and low and behold I find what is most likely the funniest thing I've seen in a long time.

Get this: I was 'engaged' to...well a model I knew from over seas. We were involved off and on for about 3 years. Things didn't work out, But low and behold I'm browsing Facebook...and there he is...with my last name...

I've been laughing for a good hour over it...
