Dentist yesterday, had to fill in a form that included rating how happy I am with my smile and what I'd change if I could. Got me thinking about self image in general really.
I ain't perfect. Like most peeps I get some hairs in the wrong places, have odd bits sticking out here and there, my face isn't totally symetrical.. But I'm satisfied with my body and appearance. Hell, I'm even happy with it.
But I look around and see people wayy fitter, 'hotter', who possess the things we're told are attractive by society.. They have self image problems anyway!
I really wish it were easer for everyone to feel happy to be what and who they are.. Instead of aspiring towards being like people who seem no happier than anyone else.
