looks like i've got a good chance of getting a job at the hospital i guess i would be working behind the counter, registering people who come in for the emergency room. the woman told me she would understand if i didn't want the job, because i might have to see some pretty scary things. but i mean...i think i can handle it. if nothing else i'm sure i'd get used to it after a while. it's specifically a weekend job, saturdays and sundays from 7:30am-3:30pm. and for $13/hour..........yes please. the only problem i foresee is that i have been told (i know two women who work at the hospital, so they have kept me updated) that the first year or so you're employed there, you can't really take a day off. emergencies are okay, but essentially for a year i'll be giving up a LOT of my friend-time. but i'm not really too worried, considering that graduation is in less than two months and once i start college i will have a lot more time during the week... W E L P we'll see how it goes i guess~
sometimes when i make jokes, no one laughs except for me i like to tell myself this is because my sense of humor is too developed for this world because i'm fucking hilarious D:
so anyways steph and i were hanging out today and we traveled to three different supertargets to find zelda trading cards. and nothing. i am hugely disappointed. but i know they exist, i have seen them with my own eyes!! SOMEDAY......... (also on that note, she lent me skyward sword, so i know what i'm doing tonight!)
and tomorrow morning we're gonna head up to her grandpa's house and adventure a little bit, because i guess he's an art enthusiast like us and is willing to let us explore his studio. so that should be fun. plus he lives by a beautiful forest so some adventuring is necessary
