Aw yeah. Less than a month to go. I'm so very psyched. I'm going down to check out a culinary school (then hopefully moving down there this June) and I'm pretty damn excited. Not to mention I haven't seen the guy that I know that lives there for like 6 months and it's driving me nuts, haha.
Everything's all set, my French is even better than it was before, and I'm going to navigate the city all by myself for an entire day. Should be amazingly nerve wracking, but awesome.
So, I'm pretty psyched for Halloween this year. It's the first time I've dressed up since highschool, and I've put a fair amount of money into it. Even though I have yet to make plans for the day :P But I'll find something to do. For sure. Felt like sharing some pics, because I friggen love the outfit, and plan to wear it as often as possible :P I'm aware it's a little typical, but hey. So last year in September, I spent 3 days (and 600$) in Montreal visiting an internet friend for the first time. We've known eachother for 8 years now, and had chatted on cam, on the phone, etc, numerous times, just so y'all don't get all up in my face about meeting strangers off the net
Well, this year, he was going to come down here (to Toronto) this time, since it's only fair. Then of course, situations beyond any of our control got in the way, and fucked that up terribly for him.
So here I am, nearly a year later, going to spend 5 1/2 days in Montreal (and at least 1000$ x_x) again.
Money agony aside, I'm totally psyched I had planned on spending about 800$ if I was to travel to Toronto with him, so I don't see the extra 200$ as MUCH of a terrible thing, and I had also been saving for this for a while now, and happen to have some old student loan money laying around somewhere, *cough*, so I'm fine.
I just bought my e-tickets for the bus, and wishing I could print them right this second! Because with my luck, my email account will fuck up and thet'll be 80$ down the toilet Hah.
