About Me
The Echoing Green is an electronica/synthpop band. It began as a solo project by Joey Belville in 1993, and has since released eleven major albums. The music of The Echoing Green is heavily based in electronic sounds, however these are used more for their melodious structure than any desire to create an electronic dance outfit. As such, the music comes across as a well shaped, driving flow of intricate harmonies, underpinned with somewhat reflective, even introverted, lyrics.

You guys are amazing, I love the amazing lyrics paired with the electronic sounds. Fabulous. :]

How do you measure a year? In daylights, in sunsets, in midnights, in cups of coffee, in inches,
in miles, in laughter, in strife. How do you measure a year in the life?

How about love?

You're such a breath of fresh air! Cover songs or originals, I always look forward to your music.

"Sanctuary" was a very unexpected surprise, quite a different sound :-)

Please consider playing in the US soon! Take care and good luck :-D

Heh, I love listening to Suffer, it gets better every time I play it back. Always looking at the glass half-empty, or maybe it's just the lyrics.
