Hello wandering soul, welcome to my profile.
Here are some basic facts about myself:
1. My name is Kate.
2. Katherine is written on my birth cerificate.
3. I am often called Kitkat.
4. I was born on the 26th November, 1992
5. This would make me 15 years old.
6. This would also mean that the sagittarius constellation was visible on Earth when I was born.
7. I live in a small town in the middle of England.
8. I go to a Grammar school.
9. I am taking Geography, German, Astronomy and Art for GCSE
10. I value my education, although I don't always enjoy it.
I don't mean to write loads about myself, because you can't really get to know me through a profile page. However, I tend to find that I get a bit carried away when writing my profile.
I love art, espcially painting and drawing. Click to see them properly

I have found that I am quite a difficult person to get along with, but when you get to know me you find that I am generally much more friendly.
I'm not going to spend hours persuading you that I'm not goth or emo or scene on chav, or any of these unnecessary stereotypes.
I don't want to waste my time, pretending I'm perfect, or trying to get into cults full of wannabee scene kids who think they're better than everyone else.
I have gained a lot more confidence recently. I'm still very shy, but I now realise that I shouldn't care so much what people think of me. I care what my friends and family think about me, but when immature little children start giving me abuse because I'm not pretty enough or something, I just laugh. My definition of pretty will be different to everyone else's anyway. In some cultures, a desired woman is fat, whereas in others, a desirable woman would be very skinny.
Yes, I am 15. I know that most 15 year olds are immature children, and I know very few who act remotely mature. I am still very immature in a lot of ways. But I am still 15, I have time to grow up.
I think I have learnt a lot recently, but I still have much more to learn.
I can think for myself. Everyday, I'm surrounded by my peers, most of whom don't understand anything about what's happening in the world. They don't think for themselves. They just agree with what the media/their parents/their friends have told them.
I'm quite opinionated. I love a good debate. However, I don't think I am informed enough about many topics, and I have still a lot more to learn. Debating about something, when you do not know much about it is pointless, as there are many factors you have to consider. I also hate how what you believe can contradict itself.
I find it funny how our society and our minds are twisted, by the media and the government. You can be looked down upon for the clothes you wear, the food you eat, or even if your iPod isn't te latest model. Yet, so much violence and injustice happens in the world, and goes unnoticed.
Sometimes I can't believe that the human race is supposed to be intelligent.
And I just think, what is the point?
