Status: I really do not use this site anymore I suppose.. but I cannot bring myself to delete my profile. too much awesome times in the past. and maybe.. I'll want to come back someday.

Profile: I'm Ellen, 21 years old and live in the Netherlands (Groningen). I currently go to college to get my masters in biomedical science. I am engaged to Stephan. so obviously, he plays a big part in my live I'm really not that much of a goth anymore, but I used to be. I hope that serves as enough of an excuse for still hanging around here. I'm a shy but outgoing person (yes try to figure that one out) love to meet new people and am usually nice. Although I at times use to much sarcasm for my own good. Generally I am very laid back, down-to-eath, and I've heard I'm extremely "practical". I also am kind of paranoid. I play piano, (and have played accordion for over 4 years, but stopped because of a shortage of good sheet music) and do ballet (classical and contemporary). I also love to read, drink tea and be your average boring girl. . Also I play WOW and can be seriously nerdy (but do know not enough of computers to qualify for that term). Likes: - Stephan (d'oh) - ballet or general dancing - Piano - vampire books/movies (always liked vampires, don't know why. yes I did enjoy twilight, yes I also realise it's a crappy book. But we girls have periods. But no I didn;t just like vampires because of recent trends, it;s been my thing since I was 8 years old. and yes I know Anne Rice I'm not completely retarded.... thank you. ) - Tea, and coffee - Whiskey and beer - meeting new people Dislikes: - people that tell me "gosh you are silent, can't you speak?" I mean.. when someone is shy, that's not really helping to open up. also, people that think I'm arrogant because I'm shy.. that's something different you know? - people that complain that my profile is completely about me. or my journal is only about my life. they are kind of.. made for that? - people who warn about how they can see you watching their profile. I'm not talking about the rating, that's silly but well, whatever, I'm talking about watching. those people who complain about stalkers etc. or even worse, people who create an entry on livejournal how some people watch their profile on vf and how bad that is. it's a fucking profile people! if you don't want people to look at it then delete it. - leopard print - fluffy legwarmers, granted they look cool on some, but not as often as they are worn - Jane Austen and same style writers. I know that is very uncultural not to like them.. but come on.. a tiny bit of action? - people that are overly artsy. no offence to seriously good artists. but I'm so sick of everyone claiming to be oh so arty, and claiming that art is the most important thing in life. it's. just. not. and being able to stare at a painting for hours does not make you more intelligent. - the atlantic ocean (and mainly the part were I'm on one site of it and my fiance at the other.) - Stupid people that are also stubborn.
