Visited by my great grandma
Your Spooky Stories
I'm not very good at telling stories but I'm gonna tell you anyways. When I was younger, 4 or 5ish, my mom, my two sisters, and I lived in this small house in San Antonio, Texas. It was like a 2 bedroom house that say on a concrete base that was about 3 feet high. My mom had her room and my sisters and I shared the other room. We had a bunk bed that was right by a window that looked right outside to our front yard. The height from the outside ground to the window must have been 5 feet at least. (Kinda important to know.)
Anyways it must have been 1995 when my great grandma passed away. They were going to have the funeral and burial in Carrizo Springs, Texas about 90 miles south of San Antonio. For whatever reason my younger sister and I were not allowed to go with the rest of my family. I guess we were to young and shit.
The day she was buried was on a Saturday and my mom's friend and her husband babysat us at our house. We talked to them about it and they just kind of explained why people die when they get old. They put is on our room to go to sleep and left the light on and the window open because we were a kinda freaked out by the whole thing and it was fucking hot. (We were poor and had no ac.) My sister and I laid on the bottom bunk talking about it. We were saying something like she's in a better place now or whatever when we both happened to look out our window at the same time. Plain as fuckin' day she was there. A full apparition of my great gma standing right at our window. She didn't say anything or really move she just looked at us. It wasn't like a threatening feeling either. She had this glow around her like an aura. There's no way that she was physically there because you'd have to be like 7 feet tall to look in the window like that plus it was the day she was buried. We both looked at each other and started screaming and crying because it startled us.
We never really spoke about it until we were in our mid teens. We just finished smoking a joint and we were acting stupid and I said "do you remember great grandma?" She freaked out and remembered what we both saw.
You can ask us separately and we can give you the same description and everything. It was real. She came to visit and see us for the last time.
