Nodding in agreement, he returned the helmet before starting toward one of the more secluded apartments in the run-down complex. Opening the door, he flipped the lights on to show off a small, sparsely decorated flat with careworn furniture that had probably been around longer than Byungjoo himself. He was slowly working on giving the place personality, but his budget hadn't given him much to work with.

As he stepped inside, he looked up at him, smiling as he looked around. "How long have you lived here?"

"Almost three months." he slipped his shoes off before moving further into the apartment, turning on lights as he went. "It's...a little empty, I know...but make yourself at home." he added with a small laugh.

As he stepped inside, pulling his own shoes off, he followed the boy, looking around curiously. "I think it's perfect, honestly. Not filled with teenage boys and arguing trainees. It's...relaxing."

"Glad you like it." He couldn't hide a smile, peeling his jacket off and draping it over the back of the couch out of habit before moving into the kitchen. He wore a makeshift tank beneath, the holes for his arms cut just a little too wide, showing off his sides. "Anything in the kitchen is fair game," He called back toward the other man. "Tea, coffee, food?"

As he watched the boy strip out of his jacket, he felt his heart jump. That was new... Eyes trailing over toned arms, slim sides, he licked his lips beore watching the boy slip into the kitchen and hearing the words. "Water?"

"Water it is." He smiled, unaware of the gaze on him as he moved to fill two glasses, bringing one back to Hansol. "I should have known; that's the best thing after running around the stage like that."

"Water is almost all I drink..unless I'm drinking." He smiled, thanking him as he took the glass and lifting it to his lips. "You're...sweeter than I expected, bookworm."

"Sweeter? What do you mean?" He raised an eyebrow, finding the nickname much more endearing than he expected.

"Just...you seem kinder than I expected." He shrugged. "More innocent, more...sweet." He laughed softly, shaking his head. "Doesn't make much sense, does it?"

"Do I look not innocent?" He asked, laughing softly as he took a deep drink from the glass in his hand. "It makes sense, but I don't know how I come across."

He shook his head, laughing as well. "You do... But you look more blunt, tactless.... But you're not. Not at all what i expected when i saw you in school.."

"I didn't realize you noticed me that much." He laughed, shaking his head. "No one else did. I can be pretty tactless when I want to be, you know." He added, moving toward the hall closet to pull out spare bedding.

"I noticed you a lot. You were so cute in high school...so shy. It was adorable." He laughed softly, moving further into the apartment and sitting on his couch. "Have you lived alone for a long time?"

"Only a few months. But it feels like a lot longer." Bringing a pillow and a few blankets back, he set them on the couch before sitting down beside them, letting out a weary sigh. "My parents were so busy with the restaurant and their own lives that I was pretty much alone when I wasn't working. Gave me a lot of time to make sure the house was clean."

Smiling slightly, he nodded, looking up at the boy. "So now you live a lone and you still have plenty of time to make sure the house is clean? Isn't it boring being by yourself?"

"Sometimes it bores me to death, but I like being able to decide what I want to do. Even if it's the same things I had to do before. It's my choice now." He shrugged, laughing softly. "That sounds...really weird, doesn't it?"

"Not at all. You're happy to have contorl over your own life rather than following your parents orders. I know the feeling." He smiled softly, pushing hsi hair back from his face with a sigh. "I didn't realize how tired I was..."

"I should let you try to sleep, shouldn't I?" He asked, taking a deep drink from his glass before setting it on the table. "There are more pillows in the closet, and a few more blankets if you need them. This place gets kind of drafty."

With a smile, he reahed out, taking the boy's hand and giving his fingers a soft squeeze. "What you brought is perfect. Thank you. And thank you for letting me stay here. You're amazing."
