For those who don't know, I'm originally from Seattle, WA, but I moved to Houston,TX about four years ago... Back home in Seattle, there were a bunch of places to go to listen to goth music (Goth-rock, industrial, EBM, et al) socialize with fellow goths, drink, dance, and have a good 'ol time... Hell, I can think of three clubs that are about ten minutes away from each other.
Here in Houston, however, the goth scene is pretty dead... There aren't any places that host only goth events (That I know of) and the places that do host gothic events either hold it once a week, or once a month... Either usually being in the middle of the week. It can get a bit irritating.
How about the rest of you? Do any of you guy's have venues or bars that are predominantly goth?
Or something along those lines?
There is a Goth club in Virginia (my home state), but it's in Richmond, and I live in Unionville on the other side of the state! But I really wish there is a Goth club in the town of Orange, VA.
