Long ago, there was a war between humans. A woman led an army against her enemies, she yelled with courage as she fought. Sadly one of her enemies stabbed her right on her lower abdomen, a deadly blow, but before she could surrender she gave out a yell of pure courage and stood killing the men that surrounded her. Odin and Freya looked upon her and stroke her with a ray of lightning bringing her back to life and impregnating her with a Valkyrie baby. She gave birth to a baby girl, which she named Kara. Kara fell in love with a common man and created a small castle she called Valhalla, in honor of her parents. As Kara and her husband recruited more humans into their small castle, she finally took time to slow down and take care of her upcoming child. She gave birth to a female named Lailah. It was said that her golden locks and green eyes made her a rare beauty and a prize for any man. At the age of eighteen she met Micah, her soul mate. After so many obstacles in their life, Lailah and Micah wedded. Lailah had five children, Fatima, Isis, Sofie whose real name is Sofiel, Armaita, and Azrael. They grew in the castle grounds.
Fatima as the first-born, was automatically to take the thrown as queen once Lailah stepped down. Unfortunately that coronation never took place. Fatima's sisters left the castle to search for their lives. Which left Azrael and Fatima, but at eighteen Azrael left to join a vampire clan and Fatima stayed within the grounds till death bewitched the land and claimed her as well. The only survivors were four members or the remaining people who were Fatima's and her husband family. As Fatima began the transition to a vampire she left her homeland, but she herself didn't realize that her maker had ruined her home. Destroying everything that her home had cherished, all because he was obsessed with capturing the blood of the gods.
Valhalla is building atop a mountain. It is, however, more of a stern castle than a temple. Its most notable architectural feature is a tower with two curving giant horns. Also, the mountain is not as high, only about a mile, but it seems high enough, since the nearby peaks are even smaller, and thick mist usually covers the lower slopes. It is situated in the central mountain chain that surrounds the area. The boundaries of Valhalla extend upwards to outer edge of the ionosphere, and 30 miles to either side. It also descends underground for a mile; Valhalla is in effect a thin cylinder. The region is deeply forested with paths that lead to a hideout from the hectic life of the town.
This was once the home of Odin, king of the Norse gods. Though he is not here, he has resided in the heavens in a deep slumber. This castle among the mountains was left to his favorite daughter Kara, who inherited it to her daughter Lailah and husband Micah. The castle has now been passed down to their older daughter Fatima. This beautiful home is located far way from town and close to the dark woods, but far off from the lingering darkness. Three Waterfalls occupy the surrounding land. They are hidden among the forest that circle the mountain. Upon reaching the final bit of forested area, you shall come up against a dirt road that leads up the mountain. Once upon the very top you will find a lengthy bridge connecting the castle and the mountain together. The mountain is hollowed out; pillars of rock sustain the castle. Be careful when you cross and dare not look down, it is a long way down.
All individuals gain fast healing as can gain extraordinary ability when in Valhalla. When visitors come into the castle they will cross a bridge that sees a great lake under it. As visitors continue on they will see busts and statues of Valkyries around the castle grounds. Once you enter the main entrance you will meet the statue of Odin. A reminder of where the Princess ancestry came from.
Among the castle there are ravens that have stayed here and kept watch over the grounds keeping trespassers away. Aside from the ravens there is a dragon named Rose, who protects the grounds from darkness and those who dare challenge the sacred place will face her wrath. Plus there is an addition to the protectors of this home. As a gift from the heavens she has received ten different wolves, each representing a different element. Every wolf has being given to the Princess as a welcoming gift for her new son.
