A library is a collection of sources, resources, and services, and the structure in which it is housed; it is organized for use and maintained by a public body, an institution, or a private individual.
The Grand Library have two sections.One for public and other one private.In public library allowed to come everyone.People can not just read books but show their own talents as well.To write poems, paint portraits, write lyrics for song.The library place where you can do whatever you like to do as long as it not bother everyone else within the library.
Just few people allowed to come inside of private library where royals keeping not just books about magic and spells but important documents, portraits, gifts and etc., which not everyone allowed to see or read.Private section guarded my knight all the time.
