Nope.

Hulk/Banner, Thor, Iron Man/Tony Stark, Captain America/Steve Rogers, Black Widow and Hawkeye.

Spidey's in the current Avengers (and Fantastic Four? Wierd.) lineup, so maybe a sequel will involve him - but given the Spiderman movie is undergoing a reboot, and the Marvel movies are in a canon of their own, I strangely doubt it.

Sony owns the rights to Spiderman in the films as of now.

Marvel studios and Disney have reclaimed Punisher, but Dardevil, Spidey, Blade, Ghost Rider, all the X-Men that have been used as well as the FF (Doom, Galactus,Surfer)are not theirs to use on film.

so far the only Marvel/Disney properties that CAN be used are the ones that have been used starting with Iron Man
