Retaliator formed August bank holiday 1996 and disbanded Xmas 2008.
Over these 12 years we released a number of albums, singles and compilation releases (which can be found on the Discography page) and played gigs in 9 European countries.
This band always remained non-political despite lies and rumours circulated by dull minded anonymous internet warriors. The band members were five individuals each with their own views.
The only thing we all agreed on is a hatred for Political Correctness. If you don't like what we sing about, don't buy the records. It's that simple.
We were never interested in toning down our image or lyrics to play the big stage or win over new fans. NO COMPROMISE.
-------------------------------------
Retaliator reformed January 2011 to record a new album using the old "Patriotic Alcoholics" line-up from 10 years ago, the line-up being:
Ian - Vocals
Pete - Bass
Baysey - Guitar
Mark - Drums
I have noticed people get them confused.
But anyone who wants to listen to them, looking through the discography page on their site should help avoid the others.
there's a difference between "the streets" and being a nazi asshole. and just because someone doesn't want to put up with some fascist prick, doesn't mean they're PC.
And another thing why would anyone support a band just "because they sound good?" I guess dignity and ideas come cheap today.
I always kind of thought that if you strictly follow some fascist right wing idea, you're just as "politically correct" as any bleeding heart liberal. You're conforming to some political set of rules too.
no one said that mr."88."..But it's an obvious reply from someone with a screen name such as yours...Keep thinking whatever you want, but the rest of the world knows YOU'RE wrong.

Doesn't matter who likes Skrewdriver, i don't, but who cares on that level. At this point it's not about the music. it's about right wing nut bags calling anything against them "PC" which is crass, in my opinion. As if there's one term to defend the hatred that is spread by SOME PEOPLE of the right side.
The second part of my original reply, more or less, eludes to the type of person that will support things just because "it's pretty," without try to figure out what they are supporting.
"You people act like nazis are going to start rounding up every jew if you admit you like skrewdriver."
I never said anything about listening to Skrewdriver. I don't care what other people listen to.
All I was agreeing with Nic on was that some people throw around the "PC" term immaturely.

you didn't see the contradiction? I put up videos of LOC and Antidote and wrote peace in my last reply. Oh, well, I'm not perfect...I suppose the same can be said for you.

LOC songs speak for violence as a means for social change, read some of the lyrics. here's some from a song Called "Crack Rock Steady" played by both Choking Victim and L.O.C.
"We're gonna have to execute some rich important people,
gonna burn down all the churches and topple all the steeples.
See a frown? turn that cross upside down.
Grab a gun or baseball bat, let's go to fuckin town!
Let's kill the police, I'll be saying little more,
But when the cops come to your door,
don't forget the choice is yours!"
How is this peace punk? How does this promote Non-violent civil disobedience?

What you're saying is the "fox 4" version. Which is understandable considering the mentality that you have expressed.
Do you not know how to think critically? The song it-self promotes social change, whether are not the singer is a misogynist. I don't agree with this method of change.
He maybe piece of shit....But you associate you're self with a fascist prick, who was responsible for mass genocide. so what does that make you?
You won't hear metal or punk of any kind or type while in a, let's say, a public department store. This applies doubly if it steps on any toes in any way.
I'll consider myself a centrist/individualist. However, I'm the first to tell you that trying to censor and eliminate any kind of subculture will only make it gain strength. This applies to both the right and left wing of politics and music culture.
On another note, best reference to make for this argument is the South Park episode revolving around Hate Crimes, almost every episode that exploits every stereotype and/or belief. South Park is amazing, in both a serious and nonserious way. Opinions?
I'm glad there's a retard who sees himself as some "white patriot" on here now. Someone legitimately fun to make fun of. Usually far-right bands are lame (I do enjoy NSBM and some noise that could be considered sketchy), but as a whole RAC is terrible. I'm glad there's idiots who will pay a pretty penny though because I made some bank on some LPs last year
