How to get a segment (aka seamless) piercing in and out your septum?

I'm having major struggles with it. So I got it open and through my hole, I just can't get the segment back in. When I do that, should I apply the same technique of getting it out as when I opened it (which was pulling it apart with pliers)?
I think they look cute, but I find it tricky to do.

You can use opening pliers to open them just a tad (or loose enough to get the segment in) and when it's in place use ring closing pliers to make sure its closed on the segment. Make sure that when you open it enough to get the segment in, it's not opened too much because you want to segment to be able to stay in. (I hope that makes sense). They're very tricky to work with, but this has worked well when I use them. :-)

No Time for the Ole in out love i just came to check the meter!drink
