Maybe on songs like Combichrist - Get Your Body Beat or This Shit will Fcuk You Up.... (there are other songs too but I just happen to be listening to Icon right now).
There needs to be mosh. I think industrial in some of the more hardcore moments needs to digress and quit fucking dancing so much.
Besides, stiff white chicks that can't relax and dance make it look like a 'tarded version of the macarena.. Is any one here with me and feel changes need to be made?
Moshing can happen at an industrial show, although I'd sooner see it going on at a cyanotic or terrorfakt show or something than a combichrist track being played at a club.

I'm still hurting from the W.A.S.T.E show that took place in early July. But that's because I was drunk, took off my shoes and decided to hop around with a bunch of dudes. My foot still hurts(someone stepped on it really hard to the point where it turned black for a week or so) anytime I put a shoe on.
Most of the time, I prefer to sit by the bar and listen(or talk shit if the band sucks), but sometimes a show isn't a show unless you're comparing bruises with all your friends the morning after.
some of my favourite moments were moshing at big and small shows. Kinetik 1, Xotox-Feindflug-Terrorfakt sets, i couldnt stand afterward but it was very memorable. the first couple times i saw Left Spine Down, 20 ppl in the room just meant more space to skank and build momentum for impact and most recently i got a fat lip seeing Slick Idiot!
Industrial has punk rock elements in its makeup and i think moshing is one that needs to come to the fore more. it's just another form of aggressive dancing imo and censorship of that form is just as uncool as that douche in the pit who will hit anyone regardless of whether they want to participate
"Here's the most recent example though... Aesthetic Perfection. Block Ops and X-Rx were opening... Graves gave a pretty high energy performance and to be honest I just dont think a lot of his stuff, especially off his new cd is that dancy. Yet, far too many attempting to awkwardly dance to those tracks.
You're not talking about the Chicago show were you? Because I was one of those people.
"It cant be fun sometimes but only really fun for the section of the crowd who are huge guys like to hit people"
i'm 140 lbs soaking wet, and it's always a blast for me. so long as everyone observes moshing etiquette everyone can have fun
