Does anyone here practice Zen meditation? I'm just starting out but I find clearing of the mind to be particularly refreshing especially before/after a long day. Zen does not require faith which is one of the reasons I enjoy it's practice. The art of Zen is about me, personally, and the world as I experience it, and ending my dualistic views of things. It's been really helpful and I was hoping I wasn't the only one left on the planet who practiced.

We all humans do at least sometimes unconsciously and some consciously, it's human nature and so it is of animals too.

<<< ZEN = Spirit-itself - rhythm within and all about ever to stay - For nothing ever existed or will exist without this! >>>

It's too obvious a reality about beings and nature - all...
- But the awareness and practice generally or deeply, I wonder, it might cure the incurable, it could even make your dead body rise like resurrection, then if paranoid 'd get you deeply, the vamp legend could have you, it all depends in how your ZEN had been conditioned, not the general unification of TAO (Wicca or the Holy-ghost) itself but the ZEN rhythm nature conditioned passionately all along, hummph secretly?...

I've been meditating every night for the last six years. I've always looked forward to feeling that free, out-of-body experience that is so calming that it causes me to fall asleep. :-) It helps me feel healthy and relaxed every day.
At first, it was really difficult to clear my mind completely and ignore all the sounds around me then to focus on silence and steady breathing. But, I found that if I focus on a certain chakra, it is much easier to concentrate.

Asellite: your first insight at the beginning of this conversation was pure Zen... :-)

"Sometimes the heart cries in cascading sunsets and sometimes it cries under the darkness of the new moon....

but it always cries in the hearts of the beloved..."

I've been for about a year now whenever it was possible for me.

I practice shikantaza every night for at least ten minutes.

...Great practice - t's like saying, I am my own soul rhythm as other or more than instinct and even sex.
- Beware of mal-actions in sexual expression - this is where the real catch for good and bad stuff gets found!
- Never be offended about your smooth vibs in sex - be ready to attack any one who cheapens you and mean biz that you know the truth about frictional idolized sex technically and chemically.
- Oh, I also speak for myself, thanks!
