I got a new microdermal on my supersternal region (not sure how to explain the area other than that haha)about two days ago. When I do a lot of the movements that I often do during a workout I feel it strain the area and I have to stop. I am wondering how long I should expect to wait to get back to my normal, challenging workouts? Are there any vitamins I can take to accelerate the healing process? I eat healthy, lots of veggies and I drink water all day, everyday. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
