i have 4 microdermal piercings on my hips for 9 months already but i havent dared switch them i oly managed to switch one with my piercer and it was intense the pain! does anyone have any tricks or tips so the pain is less severe?

If you're only changing the tops there really shouldn't be any pain, which as Lyss said might indicate it's too early. You might also want to check they don't have any fluid build up underneath the skin which is what makes them sore.
