Animated film adaptation of the comic book. It's going to be separated into two parts with part one coming out in the fall and the second one early next year.
My opinion of the GN is that people reading it for the first time these days will not find it as game changing or unique a vision as it was back in the day
Still a good story, but the modern Batman became what it is today as a reflection of this story.
I went ahead and purchased advanced tickets for this. Part of me is hoping Batman just dies, instead of getting crippled or something. Not that I hate this film franchise, but I think if anyone could pull it off, the current team could. And with how adamant Nolan has been with 'killing' this run off, I think it would be cheeky, but somehow appropriate.
