So my partner and I are trying for our second child but it's taking ages! Our first one is called Edward and he's one year two months old, we only want two children and we want them close together hehe =]
Anyone else tried for a second child and found it took them longer than the first? We've been trying almost three months now and still nothing, only took four weeks with our first! Pfft XD

I concieved my first really quickly- within about 2-3 weeks of having my coil removed. Second took a bit longer- about 3 months. I think it took longer purely because I was running round after my son and stress levels were slightly higher due to things going on and constantly swinging back and forth over whether now was the right time to have another one or not! Just have to wait to see how long it takes for a third! lol
Just relax and dont stress about it. Just carry on as if you werent trying and it will happen. Just remember as well that even though YOU might be ready for another one- your body might not be! Especially as you are running round after a 1 year old- I remember how tiring that is and have it all to look forward to again soon enough plus a 5 year old by then! lol
