or just clear out the rock/alternative forum, as most of these bands don't fit the rock or alternative section ..BVB,Evanescence (one magazine refered to them as "pop metal", which sounds more or less the coreect term) BMTH and the list goes on.

The problem is people now think that if it has guitars or some one who sounds like a wookie that's been drinking for 24 hours it is rock

If we locked all threads that didn't stick to a particular genre this place would probably die off pretty quickly! Threads about actual rock bands are heartily encouraged but I'm afraid at the moment the two types of music have to coexist!

Anthem of the Outcast is miles beyond their previous efforts. It's hard rock, it's sleaze, its glam, it rocks hard. I hope they keep going that way and move away from the bad computer songs a bit now that they actually seem to know what they're doing.
