There are certain foods which I struggle to eat, due to them making me feel extremly sick afterwards, as well as me being in alot of pain.

I'm just wondering if there are actually any good substitutes for these foods......
I can't eat:
- Egg
- Cheese
- Too much bread
And i can't drink milk.....

Help?

I have the same thing with meat, eggs, and cheese.

There are many egg substitutes out there if you need an egg in something you are baking, just Google it. No really there are thousands of subs you can use. As for the milk you can try rice/almond/soy milk or other milk alternatives, same with the cheese. For grains you can get your fiber from many vegetables such as broccoli, beans, cabbage, etc.

Check with your doctor to see if you are lactose intolerant. Also, though I haven't been diagnosed, it was suggested by a friend that I may have psychophysical disorder, which you might also want to look into.

You could try lactose free milk.
Just substitute cheese for other dairy products?

I just came to say goodbye..

Orgran No Egg - a powder which you can use as an egg substitute in cooking. (In baking you can use a spoonful of banana/apple puree, or baking powder with water.)

Goats cheese - doesn't have lactose and may be tolerated.

Nutritional yeast - savory cheese tasting yeast flakes that are popular with vegans.

You might want to look into an elimination diet and hydrogen breath testing as you may be lactose intolerant.
