i got my nipples done a couple months ago. and they didnt give me any trouble till now. in addition to soreness of my entire boob, i have a tender area that goes to just below my arm pit. do you think it's infected? i have been moving home the past couple days, and this just sprung up this morning.
I wouldn't think your piercing is infected unless the piercing was in pain itself or abnormal color discharge.
Are you near your period? I often have sensitive boobs when it's near that time or is that time. Even my boob with the piercing is more a bit more sensitive than the one without.
My money is on you pulled something while you were moving.
You could have pulled something while moving, yes, however keep a very close eye on it. Glands/tissue in the breast do extend up to the armpit so, god forbid, if it's badly infected it could affect that area too. If the actual piercing itself isn't red, sore, or seeping a yellow-ish coloured liquid then it's more likely a pulled muscle. Does the piercing currently look like that?
the piercing itself is fine. i went to the doc yesterday, and she said that it's cellulitis/ an infection. she said the piercing is healthy, but it pretty much opened the door for some little buggy to get in and raise hell.
