Aw I forgot to mention, I hinted at it a few posts up, but I am training a chimp to make industrial music. Its a highly demanding and ambitious project. This is far more ambitious then me recording myself smacking my dick against a bass drum with a shotgun mic. This could change we think of music....forever.
Monkeytime is the ultimate form of industrial! The strongest industrial. But theres been many hicups so far, not least was the stains on my floor.
The main problem I have at the moment is that my protege is still in his formative years, I give him some tab to read and all he usually does is either piss up in the air and drink it, or he picks his ass and falls off the chair after sniffing his finger.
Ah well, I shall persevere, no one ever said genuis, making mgnum opus work, would be easy.
It kinda lacks individuality but it's a good start, I take it you're fairly new at this and it does take a lot of work to master the basics so keep at it, but try not to be too constrained by the program you're using, experiment a bit more.

Why as a consumer of music am I going to provide you with music for free ? What are you going to offer me to coax me into taking time off work(ac actual full time job), to provide the necessary time in which to compose, construct, mix and produce a song for your pissy reasons. What encentive are you going to provide me with ?

If you really wan`t me to make some music for you, provide me with a clear encentive. Unlike some people, I have a day job, with considerable ammounts of hours, time off work to make music for some unremarkable, butthurt musician on the other side of the world`s critique, means I have to take time off of work, that costs me money. What are you going to give me ?

I think it's fair enough to give honest opinions, but unless the person sharing their music is behaving like an entitled douche then I think people can be asked to tone it down a bit, be constructive and bare in mind what stage they're probably at with their music making. If someone's just starting out it's not very useful to be all 'omg why don't you sound like Combichrist you're shit'.
I think this forum has always been a fairly welcoming one so it would be nice if people can keep things polite.
