Me I prefer Survival a hell of a lot more. I'll list my top 10 reasons.
1: Bigger Challenge
2: You have people that shoot at you instead of slapping you 5 times and you die.
3: Bigger selection of weapons and upgrades.
4: More places to take cover at.
5: Perks
6: Great way to improve skills
7: Killstreaks
8: More Maps and difficulties
9: Build up ranking
10: And sooooo much more fun than zombies
I liked zombies, but Survival is just so much more fun, and you can make it through more waves, IF you're good enough.
But its featuring the equivalent of horde mode, my juvenile, terminal virgin, compadre. But its perfectly fine to bring up battlefeild 3 in every cod thread just about right ?

Well yeah...it popularised it, much like all its influences. And Unreal Tourny is a Cliffy game as well, so well...well fuck it!

Survival is much better in my opinion. One reason being the sense of accomplishment. Which I didn't get at all in zombies, no matter how many waves I finished
I Thank both are really good. Zombies is great because well you get to shot zombies, but in survival you got juggernauts to fight. both are great to play.
