Lately, I haven't really been listening to music except in the boyfriend's truck or occasionally the record player I moved to his house. Which usually means Heavy Metal, Thrash Metal, and Death Metal.
Well, I did listen to more Metal than my brother by that age, but then he's never liked Maiden or Priest.
I never really have Metal phases, it's usually just scattered around the rest of it. I've always been more of a rivetzhead though
WELL. I'm on an Industrial Rock binge so that's at least half true at the moment
I never stop liking any of it, but I occasionally will stick to one subgenre for months.
I was dancing to some EBM last night. Forgot how much of a workout that can be, but a workout is just what I need right now. The problem is...I have asthmatic bronchitis right now and am having some breathing trouble.

I used to listen to pretty much everything on the computer, but I'm rarely here to do it and he doesn't have internet. I think he has some good taste though, so no complaints there.
Can't stand Gaga. I do have some Taylor Dayne and Madonna though.
I see you have some Neuroticfish on there. I found some of their CDs at a thrift store in Norristown, PA for 99 cents. Along with KMFDM, Apoptygma Berzerk, Information Society, etc.,

Yeah I like NeuroticFish! I think he quit before he could make anything I really dug though Half my KMFDM listens is probably Anarchy, I love that song
I haven't really listened to KMFDM in a long time, but I used to a lot. And surprisingly, the boyfriend used to listen to them AND he's not minding Neuroticfish at all. He took a lot of his CDs in the house when he cleaned out the back of the truck, so we had been listening to the same ones over and over. I was getting a little tired of it, so after I bought those, we spent the entire trip back to Maryland listening to them.
I think the only time I've ever heard Beyonce was in Cadillac Records.

My boyfriend usually only drinks beer because his dad was an alcoholic. Very rarely will he touch anything else. I don't get addicted to things myself.

Eh. Even some of the bar tenders around here get confused. There's one at Sinix that is nice and all, but insists Hairy navel and Fuzzy navel are the same thing, that a Fuzzy has vodka. Which isn't the case. Fuzzy Navels are just orange juice and peach schnapps. I should just remember to ask for a fuzzy navel if it's her because she asks me what a hairy navel is every time.

I like Cradle of Filth, but yeah that's part of why I don't want to make the thread. There would end up being a lot of Cradle of Filth, Nightwish, etc., type posts. And probably fights about whether some things are Death/Doom or Gothic Metal.
