I think that the feel and the image itself is beautiful.
I can not say too much about the execution because I'm not skilled in that field. But I really do like it.
Everything has a smooth/flowy look to it until I look at the legs. There's a few small parts that look more pixilated, or small amount of texture that doesn't have that smooth/flowy look to.
Otherwise it's not that bad!

Nice piece. Two ideas that come to mind are it seems a bit off balance. perhaps drifting the ethereal/smoke legs back toward the left a little as they taper off (like how smoke bends as it rises from a cigarette.) One other thought is to add a little detail into things like where in the horns you just smudge/dragged the lines across. If you were to go back and add a little shadow on the rip of each smudge it would look more intentional rather than the effect created by a tool.
