The U.S. signed the 2nd revision of ACTA not too long ago, with the 1st revision (being a lot scarier) written back in 2006. Did anybody complain then? Not really. Did anybody even notice that the U.S. signed it now?

i mean they are planning to do something globally; but the problem is what they are planning and how it will work.
they are just saying how acta agreement will work... not what they are planning to do; limitations, regulations, or rules...
