At least you didn't go from "You'll never have children" to "you're in labour -- oh, and you're having twins." I saw that on an episode of "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant."
apart from the lack of periods, I could definitely go upto 20 weeks without knowing I was pregnant, but I couldnt fool myself any longer, youd have to be REALLY fat cos even obese women LOOK pregnant when they get pregnant.
My pictures - top one went 41 weeks and led to 9lb 1oz
second one went 39+6 and led to 8lb 13oz
third one was 39+1 and led to 8lb 10oz
There are a few rare medical conditions that can mask pregnancy, AND if you're severely overweight/have irregular periods THEN it's plausible.
She was really fat, and she was told she could never have kids. She did have signs of pregnancy, but because she was told that her obesity shut down her ovaries, she attributed the symptoms to other things.
So the reason I'm all smirky was that I was "pretending" to look pregnant in the baby section of walmart. Little did I know I was actually about 14 weeks along.

Wow! I lost my baby recently, but I was 20 weeks and wasn't showing even a little bit :/ I kept waiting for the baby belly to come in, and I figured it would happen fast since I'm pretty small, but nadda. And here are all you lovely ladies rockin a cute little belly at <12 weeks.

I didnt show with my first whom I lost either so I have no belly photos or ultrasounds of her.
with my 5th whom I lost I was showing at 5 weeks, each time is different.
