Good old fashioned air    
Water cooling    
Extreme sub-zero cooling    
You can do that?

I'm planning a case build that mounts the internals opposite of the standard so the GPU will be upright.

no ... my computer does not get hot ... at most, only the fan .. but the rest of the PC remains at normal temperature ...

can be ... but honestly it does not heat. My old computer ... as soon as the lit ... after 5 minutes was hot ... but this ... no .. But never say never eheheh

Cool, fresh air (well, or just air) with in total 4 120mm and one small 80mm :P
