Bane is ruined to the general public from Batman Forever

Bane, written in The Secret Six currently, is fantastic

and you could do Harley without ties to the Joker very easily. There doesn't need to be a love interest or any females in the movie anyways. This is just more stupid pandering

I think getting someone that can act the part is better than getting someone that just looks it.

Cause its easier to make someone look bigger on film than it is to make them look like a good actor.
