I like some of the songs from Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo and FLCL. There was a Champloo boxset at FYE with the soundtrack included. I wish I could've bought it. :-(

Everything from Cowboy Bebop. Yoko Kanno, and the Seatbelts are amazing.
This.

I like most Miyazaki soundtracks, namely because I'm a fan of Hisashi.
And this.

Also Hibane Renmei, which is more Hisaishi work.

I guess Evangelion has a good soundtrack. Cruel Angel's Thesis is one of the best theme songs ever.

I have a soft spot for the Samurai Champloo soundtrack.

Canta Per Me from Noir is also a beautiful song but I'm not a big fan of the rest of the soundtrack.

Mine is probably Turn A Gundam. I love Yoko Kanno, and I think it's her finest work, honestly. It's so gorgeous and epic.

Not to mention the series itself is just damn amazing. I really wish it would be dubbed and brought over here officially.

I like the soundtrack from the first Hellsing.
My favourite song is Taiseidou no Bosatsu. Its this really badass jazzy kinda raggity sounding song, lol All the songs were written by Yasushi Ishii. So yeah, he's awesome.
