Unfortunately our singer left so we are almost back to square one. We'd been together 5 years and only did 2 gigs. Which is a shame as we were fucking awesome tbh.
I am the bassist and i also write lyrics. I don't feel that i am influenced by any bassists. I just play what needs to be played. Our guitarist (now singer) is awesome. he's been playing 12 years. He's heavily influenced by Hendrix, which isn't a bad thing.
We only recorded 2 songs as well but they rock. For some reason we decided to do our 2 longest instead of something nice and easy for the first recording
The older you get, the more rules they are going to try and get you to follow. You just gotta keep on livin', man. L-I-V-I-N.

Industrial with some rock influence. Still working on guitar parts and vocals, but there's one work in progress on my VF page (just click my username).
On my myspace there are some songs I did a little while back that in more of an Electro/EBM vibe.
Defektive Unit
Listen to it if you like powernoize.
The page isn't very nice looking yet so deal with it. ;p
Feedback is nice..? yes.
I have more songs to put up.
I'm gonna give you three seconds, exactly three fuckin' seconds, to wipe that stupid lookin' grin off your face or I will gouge out your eyeballs and skull fuck you!
Endless Shame is currently looking for gigs, representation and distribution (digital download and hardcopy). We have just released our debut album "Price Of Devotion" which has recieved good rewievs and also attention from a couple of major music magazines. We are interested in playing all over Europe and also on other continents. We are interested in working with companies who has good knowledge of promoting electronic alterntive music.
For more info visit our VF-page or/and our website at www.endlessshame.com.
I hope promoting a festival in this thread is acceptable, but I just wanted to throw this out there for any musicians that are in, or near, the mid-west (US).
Anyways, it is time once again to smash the little town of Milwaukee with the annual showcase known around the world as Doomsday! Many bands have been asking about the show and it is now time to get some information out there.
Doomsday is a cooperative effort amoung musical peers to 'flex' their skills and get in front of the fans of the underground metal scene in Milwaukee. The show is held every year on the last weekend in January @ The Rave. Unlike other rave shows where you buy tickets to open for a headliner, the focus of Doomsday is all on un-signed bands! Fans of Doomsday are not waiting for your band to be done, so they can see the headliners, they are there for you! They are checking out the newer up and commers, or checking out the band they always hear about, but hadn't gotten to see yet.
The feel and vibe of the show is always very positive. As some spice, we bring in a bunch of record labels and vendor tables loaded full of underground music, clothing, and other metal items for sale. Also, I should point out that I've been helping to run Doomsday for many years now, so I know what is expected and can answer any questions/resolve any problems that may occur rather quickly.
Doomsday is mainly for heavier bands including death, punk, good hardcore, grind, rock, and the like. But we've been pretty open in the past, hell we've even had emo, and it worked out decently.
Soon, Larry (the head honcho of the show) will set up the official website and a separate MS page for information (last years page can be found HERE), but for now, we want to get a feel for who is in and who wants to do it. The skinny of it is $350 up front to get your 50 tix to sell at $10 each. (you keep all money from ticket sales - this helps to get your up front 350 back). If we have enough bands we will also opt for the mainstage, but time will tell. All $ used goes to Doomsday 2008 costs and any unused is returned to the bands. Door is split evenly also among bands. Doomsday 2008 is non-profit. You also of course get a 1/2 hour spot (randomly picked time slots) on the show.
Due date for entrance is December 1st.
Talk to your guys. Inbox me with any questions.
EDIT: Promoting a festival isn't exactly the idea of this thread. It's for bands promoting themselves or as a solo musician, but I'll let this one slide once.

We have three songs from our E.P up on it, which were professionally recorded at Shabby Road studio's in Blefast.
Yesterday we came runner up in the Battle of the Bands for Northern Ireland. I am the oldest member, and I'm 15... yeah, so that gives you an idea of how young we are. The other bands were 4 or 5 years older than us, yet we still managed to finish second out of the whole of N.Ireland. They even had to split the first prize between us and the band, Darkest Era, that won! Our prize was to record a full album at the studio that we recorded our demo, with all expenses paid! Sweet...

Cute Phase have been compared to the best 80s dark wave bands - think: the CURE's 'disintegration' - DEPECHE MODE's 'black celebration' - Bauahus, Tones on Tail, New Order, Clan of Xymox, Soft Cell - industrial dance, electroclash and synthpop.
come check out our songs on VF...we promise, you've never heard anything quite as stellar
