I couldnt find one of these threads, so I thought I'd start one!
I am currently reading Labyrinth by Kate Mosse. I havent got very far through it, but its excellent so far! It goes between a story in the present, and the parallel story of a girl in the past, its really interesting.
I used to have that. Wish I'd read it before I had to sell my collection. It was MINT.
Right now I'm reading Waltz With a Vampire by Maggie Mackeever. So I can put it in the pile to sell. I'm trying to KEEP my small Gothics collection. It's not even 1/100 of what it was. Almost anything not-Gothic can get the hell out when I'm done with it.
I need to tape the House on Windswept Ridge back together. And find out where the heck John's roommate put my Hound of the Baskervilles.
I am Barbariana O'Brian. Princess of royal blood. Now grovel before me and kiss asphalt.
I'm currently reading Jane Eyre with my dad. It's such a beautiful story.
"I can't believe I did that. I just came out of the closet for real, didn't I? And I did it with a smile. 'Hello, Japan. I'm gay!'" - says Eiri Yuki from Gravitation.
La Reina Del Sur (the Queen of the South) by Arturo Perez Reverte.
While I know that this book was available in its english translation, I figured it would make more sense to read it in it's original spanish given the settings and details. And the fact that it's the first novel I've read in spanish.
