haggard park
basically, its just a place for people to hang out and chill. cops come sometimes, but most people just clear out of the park and head for mcdonalds or wendys for a while and then go back. the park closes at 11pm, which is when you must be gone. the lights will go off, and thats when they run you out. i love going. its every friday. most people show up around 7 or 8. so why dontcha come check it out?
